On Sunday 8 November, the Diwali Veda yoga class will be released at 10am UK / 3:30pm India, so we may all practise together at the same moment, wherever we are in the world.

If this time does not suit you, the class will remain open until Tuesday 10 November, so you may practise when you are able.

The class link and donation details will reach your inbox before the class. Until then, prepare a quiet space and light a diya when you are ready.
