We do not operate as a commercial resort or a casual holiday destination. This land is our private family homestead and an active lineage space of spiritual practice and Ayurvedic medicine. By confirming an invoice and submitting an application review to step onto these grounds, you enter a binding agreement to fully honour these traditional operational rules and logistical boundaries.

1. Registration & The Selection Procedure

Admission to any container, retreat, or Ayurveda purification program is strictly by application review only. Devika personally reviews every application to preserve the group frequency and ensure a harmonious environment. We reserve the absolute right to refuse access to anyone whose intentions do not match the unhurried spirit of the homestead.

2. Strict Cancellation & Non-Refundable Policy

Because we deliberately limit the scale of our property to a maximum of just one to two families or three individuals at a single time, we operate on a strict non-refundable policy. The moment your transaction clears, your slot is locked and we turn away all other global applicants for those dates.

  • The Bound: All deposits, partial payments, and full invoices are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates.

  • The Shield: We strongly advise all committed individuals to purchase comprehensive international travel insurance immediately upon booking to cover any unexpected external disruptions or health emergencies.

3. The Screen-Free Property Boundary

To protect the sacred energy of our stone temple and allow your nervous system to return to its natural rhythm, our private cottages and grounds are kept completely free of Wi-Fi and digital screens. High-speed connectivity is strictly restricted to our communal living space for essential check-ins only.

4. The Integrity of the Calendar

Our seasonal schedule is consciously structured to reflect the natural evolution of cosmic energy and cannot be altered for personal commercial convenience. While we welcome restricted circles directly into our private family temple rituals during major traditional festivals like Navratri, our Ayurveda programs are timed to ensure that everyone receives undivided guidance and uncompromised quiet.
